5 Adam Pratt. Show you en route for a hazard suspect in the area of 52nd and Western Avenue, 52 and Western Avenue. Lacey was a passerby, states an unknown female in her 60s, about 5'2", short, brown hair with gray, no shoes, cannot communicate, looks very confused, facing southbound. Female's blocking traffic with a four-door dark SUV with a rasg of plates, playing loud Christian music. Unknown if she's drinking drugs. Check and advise on fire rescue, 3828. Clear.
