4 Lincoln 39. 39. Lincoln 39, Lincoln 2, when available. Got a report of a subject over at Neurosciences near 1515 Newton Court. He was going from 1544 to 1515. He's a HMA in his early 30s, short cropped hair, a black t-shirt with logos on it, black scooter, and ripped jeans. He was agitated, saying that his phone was in one of the neuroscience buildings. Said a couple girls picked it up in the parking lot and brought it inside. Uh.
