1 Lincoln, A4. Show both units en route for a check well being at 96th Street and West Dodge Road. 96th and West Dodge Road. Caller states there's a black male in his late 20s, long-sleeved shirt and jeans, standing at the stop sign waving money at cars and then getting angry at vehicles that don't stop. No weapons, drinking, drugs seen. No injuries. On the north side of Dodge. Awkward for cars that have to drive by when he is angry. Also concerned because he is wearing winter clothing in the heat. 3 Adam 24. Okay.
