I'm the one with the person at Kohl's Department Store, 2602 East Springs Drive, about an hour and a half time lapse for caller reporting. Ongoing issue with an MPA subject who stayed by in the store and sometimes gets aggressive with staff and throws trash at them. He's a Hispanic male in a brown t-shirt. Unsure if he's still on scene due to the hour and a half time lapse, the caller still wants contact.
