Over to Woodman's, 8131 South Howell Avenue. There is a caller reporting there's a dog in the car with the window slightly cracked. The vehicle was described as a black car with leather seats, no water or AC on. The caller has been there for about 10 minutes and no one has returned to the scene. The caller is closer to the Goodwill side of Brooklyn Lad at Woodman's, 8131 South Howell Avenue.
