627 units to back, another 10-50 PI. 518 Goucher Boulevard, 518 Goucher Boulevard, across of Squires Road and Sadler Road. Caller is advising that Chevy SUV started to swerve. It hit a vehicle in front of the caller, went over the median and someone's yard. Caller also saw him throw a mini-model into a yard at 517 Goucher Boulevard.
