Information for allied agencies, CHP is advising of a possible wrong-way driver. The vehicle was last seen northbound on the southbound 5 at the Cannon Road off-ramp. So, it's going northbound up the southbound off-ramp. Described as a Chrysler Sport-type looking vehicle, possibly blue in color. And, it was about 15 to 20 miles per hour. We do have a unit en route. No further information. CHP clear at 1254.
