It's going to be in front of the Y, 127 West Wesley. It's a welfare check on an older Black female wearing a gray jacket. One red shoe, one blue shoe. Clean up the blue, she's on DCFA. She keeps yelling and screaming, throwing toilet paper around. She was last seen on foot towards the courthouse.
