10-4, so all units, just keep a check for a black Kia SUV, Maryland tag 2, Frank Paul 1954, struck a wall at the CVS, 1000 Taylor Avenue. Looks like the subject left and came back and got the car. If that one comes across that vehicle, just stop and hold until we figure out what's going on.
