I'm going to have you head up to 1976 Observatory Drive, Bakke Recreation Center. Caller stated that he would like to report that about an hour ago, outside of the WID, caller was in a confrontation with the driver of a vehicle who ended up throwing a bottle at him, and it did cut him on his arm. However, I did get a first-hand refusal with EMS. Again, this happened about an hour ago. He will meet you at the main entrance to Bakke off of Observatory Drive.
