8902, it'll be North Burdick Street, Summer Haven Drive North. Town of Manlius, no one to meet with. Caller's saying there's a black male wearing a sweatshirt and long pants. Keeps stepping in front of vehicles, trying to make him have to go around. Last thing headed southbound on North Burdick. Same person that did this yesterday, he said. Probably William, he was just out and about.
