It's going to be at the 3 Point Nursery Home at 4201 31st Street South. 4201 31st Street South. Being called in by a Tammy Fletcher who will be seen. She has some cigarettes that were stolen by another resident. They said the complainant sounded very out of it. It looks like the subject is going to be an in-female. Trix Chatham, nurse 50s, is wearing some type of uniform covered in plastic. Caller does not know what room she's in. She was just transferred to this facility and advised staff is refusing to assist her in retrieving her cigarettes at 736. 26, I'm 51. 51 at 737.
