409 David, show me what you got going on. Sir, if you can check the area of the Arboy, 7th Street Brodery, Code 22 reports seeing two individuals fighting. They're described as a Black male and a Black female, both in green sweaters. Black male's wearing a backpack. They were fighting over a phone and were apparently about 10 minutes old at this point, sir. Received. I'll make my way there.
