Lancetown Towers, 774 Providence, apartment building C Charlie for a hit-and-run just occurred. Caller said the striking was a silver Dodge Ram, four-door, backed out onto Providence and unknown direction from there. It struck another truck in the parking lot, and the only thing it could give us was that it had a handicap blackguard hanging on it.
