1717, before I get on the expressway, we have a male walking in the middle of the road, South Terminal Parkway, right before the 85 exit. Looks to be a Hispanic male, tan shirt, black pants, carrying luggage. I copy, Hispanic male, tan, tan luggage, Exit will be South Terminal Parkway, right before exit.
