We have a suspicious person, 101 West 87th Ave. 101 West 87th Ave. It's going to be outside. It was a middle-aged white male laying in the parking lot. He eventually got up and started looking at cars. He's going to be wearing an orange shirt, white shorts, with only one sock on.
