731. Units in Tennessee, we're getting a shots fired at 31st and Avers. CCA called it in. A CCA bus traveling eastbound witnessed a male Hispanic shooting a gun, wearing glasses, a white shirt, black shorts, red and black Jordans, nothing further. Radio clear.
