2628, suspicious at Capitol and Newhall. Caller's reporting three black males in hoodies asked to pet the caller's dog, which he refused since he was suspicious of them. They got mad at the caller and started throwing rocks and threatening to shoot him. All in darker hoodie, riding bubbler bikes, last seen westbound from the area. Caller was scared and timid, didn't have further, no longer in the area. Said he was going home, didn't want to speak to officers.
