highway, Commercial and Dixie. You'll meet with Kelly. Eastbound Commercial just left of Dixie. Black male, black Tesla with a hitch on the back, hit complainant's Tesla and kept going. Complainant will be waiting at the gas station on the southeast corner of the intersection. There's no injuries. Case is 108.
