134, can you do an area check on this reckless? 8620 South 4000 West. Time lapse of 2 minutes, complainant witnessed a driver swerving in and out of traffic, brake checking other drivers. Vehicle was last seen headed eastbound on, holding on highway. I'll advise when we get vehicle description.
