3L12, I partially covered, repeat. 12 Adam 4. 3L12 out with 3 Adam 4. 3B61, 3B61 out of the 3L19, respond to back. 415 subject, Chevron, 2806 Broadway, 2806 Broadway. It was a male subject that was causing 14 with customers and then removed his shirt and pants and was walking naked on Broadway. Multiple additional RPs reporting similarities. He's currently northbound Broadway and now continuing.
