Charlie, an armed party at 1668 South Orleans Street. Jessica Carr, requesting officers regarding her son, male, Black, Tremaine, Carr, 17 years of age, unknown clothing description. He's armed with a knife. Advises he's attempting to harm himself. The mother's going to be en route occupying a Honda Pilot blue in color with a 10 to 15 minute ETA, no mental diagnosis. 1668 South Orleans.
