Just had a phone call, 901 from fellow. He was mopping at 508 Superior Avenue. He was very angry and agitated, saying he was trying to find his sister. He was mad beyond killing someone. He wouldn't tell me his name. He's calling me his name and would not tell me his location. He didn't state he was going to walk himself to the police station.One more.
