I also don't know if anybody is aware, but the lights at the intersection of 23rd and Kelly, or 4th Avenue, is completely out. They're not even flashing. You advise 4th Avenue and East 23rd? You can show Ladder 5 and Engine 5 available. Determinate command, turn to main, FO6. Received, command terminated, FO6. Yeah, also at 4th Avenue.
