502 Sam, that may have been the victim. He was walking with one shoe off. When I turned the camera, I saw him in the parking lot looking around, so it may be the victim. For the units responding to the person with the gun, possibly the victim, male, black, gray hoodie, black pants, walking eastbound on 114th, has one shoe on, could have been the victim.
