2416 Mount Vernon Avenue, 2416 Mount Vernon. Sounds like this house has been foreclosed on and there's about 10 cats inside. RPE is concerned for their well-being, doesn't think they're being cared for. I did add notes from a report on the 17th from Liveboro.
