2812 Main Street. It's going to be Walmart. I have a dog locked in a vehicle. Vehicle is not on passenger side. Window is cracked. It's going to be a black Ford Focus. Road 2, pharmacy side, tag 185, Bravo, November, Oscar. It does come back on a 2013 Ford Focus to a walker subject out of Clinton. Plates are suspended. Owner is not around.
