White male, late 70s, 5'10", thin build, maroon shirt, khaki shorts, boots, and a cane. He had been causing an issue in front of the business with customers and staff. There's another call here where he is now slumped over and unresponsive. Rescue will be responding with us. Nothing further, it's, correction, the owner here, Jeff Anderson, wants to be seen.
