There's a gray Kia SUV. They said it's bright red. There's two dogs blocking inside, windows up. Car is not, the vehicle is not running. There's multiple people standing around it. We do have sheriff's office en route. They're actually running code to get there due to the distance. It's going to be at 10225 Ocean Highway at Publix.
