Responding first, 825 West Johnson Street. There's a suspicious male that's been loitering around the building. He was behind the building, sitting between two windows. They believe that he was urinating in the bushes. He was last seen walking towards Panera. Male Black, wearing black tank top, black bottoms, black coat, tripped over his head.
