Alright, Euclid and Belvoir. Stylist called in. He works with a construction crew out there. It's by the construction site. There was a white male who was scraped up, told him he had some, then took off into the woods, I guess. He's wearing black sweatpants, no shirt. He had tattoos on his chest and arms, one across his forehead, brown hair and a buzz cut. Last seen uphill south on Belvoir and then made a left into the woods. Thanks for watching!
