10-16, it's going to be at 2400 Pleasant Grove, 2400 Pleasant Grove. Across the street from here is a 25-year-old Black female, last seen wearing a tank top and shorts with either a towel or a shirt over her head. She's on the phone yelling and screaming at someone. Caller says they can hear her over her TV. Just wants her moved along.
