Heading for the area of State and Cottage. We have a Tom LaPisca subject that's in a silver Chevy Silverado. There's a white male with a blue shirt, black sweatpants, walking southbound, yelling at people passing by. He's following the caller now, threatening to kill him. The male is staying in his vehicle. I'll advise him to meet you at the gas station.
