It's gonna be 109 Carmel Drive at the Legacy. The caller was the manager advisor, subject in the lobby. He's not being aggressive towards them. He's on the phone with somebody, just screaming, cussing. White male wearing tactical gear, unknown on any weapons. They're just wanting somebody to come, get him to calm down.
