I'll copy en route. 9647 Ridgeview Street, 9647 Ridgeview Street, to be the dialysis for a 68-year-old male who fell out of his wheelchair at home and is needing to go to the ER before he can be seen for dialysis. He does have a small laceration on his forehead from the fall, but the nurse advised that it was not bleeding.
