One caller reporting approximately 25-year-old, White female, gray jumpsuit, carrying a rifle. They were walking in front of the old newspaper building towards North Clinton. Rifles pointed down. She's with two men carrying a large TV on a bicycle. No other weapons seen. No intox. 951.
