Okay, yes, the perp was a Black male wearing a purple scrub shirt and white shorts. Black male, purple, purple scrub shirt, white shorts. Was there a direction of travel? No, on the other end, it just said he was possibly from the location. No DOT on it. And, look, it just happened.
