4. All units respond for a suspicious person. Make contact with the RP. 6603 Sun Chase. Asian male, unknown colored bandana with a goatee and beard, unknown colored long-sleeved shirt and pants. Placed a black table at the RP's front door. Information is viewed via black camera. The subject then walked off unknown direction.
