521 and 524, copy a dispute, 550 South Clinton Street in the lobby. 550 South Clinton Street off of West Jefferson Street. Caller is a Clemente with security, saying that there's a 30-year-old Black male versus a 40-year-old Black female arguing over money. No weapons, possibly intoxicated. Male did go to the second floor wearing a white t-shirt with a black hat and black-green blanket, black-gray jeans. Female states that the male is living in apartment 2309, 101.
