Attention listening units, special attention, downtown Appleton and Grand Chute. Report of a reckless driver, College and Perkins. College Avenue and Perkins Street, vehicle headed westbound. It's a late model Chevy truck that hit a curb and is swerving all over at a high rate of speed. It did almost hit a streetlight. License plate, Mary Lincoln 3149, ML 3149. Advise if you're in the area.
