553, good morning. I hate to do this to you right off the ramp, sir. Got a 12549 Mac, reported a child abuse. Caller states there's a male panhandling with a 5-year-old child. Says the child's in tan with a plaid shirt. Male's going to be 6 feet tall with short dreads. Short dreads or fro, I'm not sure how that works, with dark colored clothing there.
