I have a hit-skip in district 4. One caller, one party's gonna be at 1680 Akron Peninsula Road in a gray Toyota Koma. They're pulled over with flashers on. Break. Go ahead. Other party, other party has driven back to the apartment in Akron. It's gonna be 1386 Timber Trail. We did try to get them to come back to the scene of the accident, but they advised their vehicle is disabled and they're unable to drive it. Caller's 13, copy.
