For 61 and 57, 500 Lincoln Way East, the Riverview High Rise. Checked the area for a young black male and a young white female who walked up to the caller asking for money and then attempted to steal the caller's bike. They walked away westbound on Lincoln Way. Area check only. 500 Lincoln Way East.
