431, I'm going to have you back out on a hit-and-run. 1804 Teal Ave to McDonald's, 1804 Teal Ave off of Grant Boulevard. Meeting with William Thomas in a 2017 black Jeep Cherokee, hit by a small SUV, black in color. Took off southbound on Teal, no injuries. Doesn't have a description of the driver. We do have a few witnesses as well. The involved driver of the gray sedan.
