728, if you can start with medics for what came in as an unknown medical problem. 170 West Ridgely, 170 West Ridgely off Frank, over at the Utherville Station Shopping Center. They had a male who was originally hunched over in the middle of the street. They said possibly having a narcotic episode, and then said he was laying down close to a stop sign.
