19 Union, 619 Union Street, cross of West 7th and West 6th. Speaking with Heather, said that a vehicle hit her and her husband's parked vehicles. The driver did get out and start speaking with her, and our caller told her to leave, just due to the nature of the incident. So the offending vehicle did leave and went to Woodcroft Square Apartments. It's an older model red minivan. The caller did not get the other driver's name or further.
