I dunno about the rest of NYC streets, but the recent changes to the express bus lanes where they have an extra island extending from the sidewalk to serve as a bus-boarding platform and the strict bus lanes all across the Bronx are so annoying! 80+% of the time, I notice that even the bus drivers are avoiding the bus lanes! 🤯🤦🏻♂️The decorative garden sides on grand concourse are no good either. Who the hell designs these/approves these ideas? Looks like it's a "throw it at the wall and see what sticks" tactic, without regards to how much $ is being wasted 😡
