Holding a call for suspicious, 2550 North 188th Street. Language barrier at the caller, stating group in mass keep coming to their house and ringing the bell. They are on scooters and e-bikes, last seen headed eastbound. Caller also has video footage. Availability to go with 4 Patrol 11, please advise.
