It's a 230 and 5219. It's going to be 15242 Northwest Mitchell Street. Looks like there's a dispute over a parking spot. They're pretty verbal and not responding to our call taker. Won't separate. Caller says the subject has a bunch of tools that they could be used as a weapon, but no firearms observed. Anything very unquestionable questions.
