83-6-0-22. 91 Charlie, 9 and 58. It's going to entitle as indecent exposure that just occurred at the Mastery Apartments at 3636 5th Ave North, 3636 5th Ave North. Complainant said that she was being followed by a male subject. He pulled up next to her asking for directions, but he was masturbating while he parked next to her. It was a white male, 20 to 30, slim-build, wearing a gray and blue shirt and a blue pickup truck. Male complainant saying that he was also trying to get her inside of his truck.
